D.E. Rice Training & Safety Practices

All D. E. Rice Construction Company, Inc. employees receive safety, health and environmental training prior to starting work.  Training is conducted by the Health and Safety Department, and meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.21.

The training is a combination of formal classroom training, practical exercise, and written and practical performance evaluation.  This training is augmented by annual update training, weekly "tailgate" safety meetings and site specific training.
